OK, so I am an HSP – Now What?

Discovering, understanding and coming to terms with the idea that you are a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) usually doesn’t happen overnight. When you first realise that you have Sensory Processing Sensitivity (the scientific term of high sensitivity), it may not be clear what does this really mean and how you may benefit from this new “label”. I still get very high and very low in life. Daily. But I've finally accepted the fact that sensitive is just how I was made, that I don't have to hide it and I don't have to fix it. I'm not broken.
